In June 2023, I visited a Sunglass Hut branch and purchased a pair of Burberry sunglasses. The glasses were a returned item, and while they fit a bit snugly, I didn’t have the chance to adjust them, so they remained unused. Later, I discovered a loose screw in the case and decided to take them back to the store. Since they were under warranty, the staff sent them for repair.

However, over 30 business days passed, and I received no updates. When I visited the store, they admitted they hadn’t contacted me and suggested resending the glasses to the warranty service, claiming it was a user error. I suspect the glasses were never sent for repair initially and requested proof of shipment. After much back-and-forth, they finally claimed the issue was resolved in-house. The conflicting responses and lack of transparency have made me hesitant to pick up the product. I expect Sunglass Hut to provide a clear explanation and proof of warranty service to restore my trust.
