I purchased a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut for ₺11,690, but the hinge pin came loose shortly after. I returned the product to the store, and they sent it for inspection, promising to order a replacement pin. After a month, the glasses were returned. When I asked about returning them if the issue recurs, they assured me it would be possible.
Now, after experiencing the same problem, I went back to the Marmara Forum Sunglass Hut store. Instead of resolving the issue, they handed me a card and asked me to send an email. The sunglasses have a 2-year warranty, and I explained they are defective and unusable. However, they only offered to replace the glasses with the same model or another product, which I don’t want.
As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by this treatment. I urgently request a refund and ask Sunglass Hut to resolve this without forcing me to take legal action. If this issue isn’t addressed, I will pursue my rights through the Consumer Court.
