SunExpress Refuses Delivery or Refund for Lost Luggage

On September 25, I traveled on SunExpress flights XQ9191 and XQ890 from Antalya to Venice with a transfer in Izmir. After my flight, my luggage was lost and has not been delivered to me since that day. At the airport, I filled out a form and provided my address, and I was told that my luggage would be sent to me. However, in my later communications with the airport, I was informed that since SunExpress has no courier service at Venice Airport, the luggage would not be delivered and that I would need to collect it myself. Despite repeatedly contacting both the airport and SunExpress customer service, I keep being told to wait, without being offered a clear solution. For 6 days I have been in Padua, Venice without my luggage and I am suffering as a result. All my winter clothes and documents required for my applications are in my luggage. During this time, I have had to buy extra clothing and hygiene items, which has caused me financial loss. I urgently request that my luggage be delivered to me, that the expenses I was forced to make during this period be reimbursed, and that the inconvenience I have experienced be remedied.
