On September 25, I took SunExpress flights XQ9191 and XQ890 from Antalya to Venice via Izmir. After my flight, my luggage was lost, and it still has not been delivered to me since that day. At the airport, I filled out a report and provided my address for delivery, and I was told that my bags would be sent to me. However, when I later contacted the airport, I was informed that SunExpress has no courier service at Venice Airport, and that I would have to pick up my luggage in person.
Despite contacting both the airport and SunExpress customer service multiple times, I keep receiving the same response: “Please wait.” No concrete solution or update has been provided.
I have now been without my luggage for six days here in Padua, Venice, and I am seriously inconvenienced. All of my winter clothes and important application documents are inside my luggage. During this time, I have had to buy additional clothing and hygiene items, resulting in financial loss.
I am requesting that my luggage be delivered to me immediately, that my expenses during this period be reimbursed, and that my overall inconvenience be properly compensated.
