SunExpress Airlines Entered Wrong Surname, Refused to Correct or Refund

On September 6, 2024, I purchased flight tickets for myself and my spouse via the Obilet mobile app for a congress crucial to my education. Although I entered our surname correctly as "Oruç" during the booking, Obilet incorrectly recorded it as "Kodaş." Obilet stated that they cannot change surnames and that the correction must be made by Sunexpress. Obilet informed me that the tickets would be canceled with a partial refund, while Sunexpress claimed that name corrections were not possible. Instead of finding a solution, both companies blamed each other, causing disruptions to my education schedule and failing to rectify their mistake.

I urgently request the appropriate actions be taken against Sunexpress and Obilet for their failure to resolve the issue and compensate for the inconvenience caused. My educational plans are now disrupted due to their error, and I demand that my situation be promptly addressed and resolved.

On 15/09/2024 at 16:39, I purchased a plane ticket from the official website of Sunexpress. An amount of 9132.22 TL was withdrawn from my bank account by Sunexpress, but I did not receive any notification regarding my plane ticket. I called customer service. Instead of finding a solution, the employee who spoke to me on the phone chose to argue with me, saying that they couldn't find my ticket in their system. I also spoke with my bank. I confirmed that the money was withdrawn from my account and transferred to Sunexpress. I request that necessary actions be taken against Sunexpress, which stole my money, and its disrespectful employees.
