SunExpress Airlines Damaged My Polo Club Suitcase - I Faced Loss

On September 12, 2025, I flew with SunExpress on the Rize–Antalya route with PNR number NVB8W9 and flight number 1198025814. After collecting my Polo Club suitcase from baggage claim, I had to leave the airport urgently and could not check it at the time. Once I arrived home and unpacked, I noticed a full-length crack on the top cover of my suitcase and took a photo of the damage. I immediately called customer service, but the automated system directed me to fill out a complaint form on their website. After submitting the form, I only received an email stating that they process damage claims reported before leaving the airport. Since I had to leave quickly and my suitcase was full, it was impossible to notice the damage at the airport. My suitcase, purchased on June 1, 2025, is out of warranty, and I now face a financial loss of about ₺3,500. I request SunExpress to either cover the cost of my suitcase or provide me with a new one of the same size.
