Famous Delays Of Sunexpress Airlines
Whenever I fly from Izmir to Antalya, the 22:00 flight is consistently delayed. What's more, we are always informed about this delay at the very last minute – often just 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time or even after it. Here we are again today, waiting in the lounge for the plane. It's now 21:35, and there are still no attendants in sight. An officer finally arrived at 21:50, did the usual routine of noting the delay, and left. The flight in question today is XQ7293 from Izmir to Antalya at 22:00 (13.10.2023). My frustration stems from the fact that this isn't a one-time occurrence; it happens every single time. This indicates a systemic problem. Analytical minds would look into this and propose solutions. You could consider adjusting the flight time, providing advance notifications to passengers (perhaps with some compensation as a token of value), and remember that Sunexpress doesn't have a monopoly on Izmir to Antalya flights. If you continue disregarding passenger rights, you'll drive customers away. Sunexpress isn't the sole airline on this route, and both their 09:30 and 22:00 flights consistently face delays. It's time to prioritize passenger well-being. If you're not passionate about providing a good service, reconsider your involvement. Seek solutions or appoint those who can. I've never encountered an airline that disrespects its passengers to this extent.
