Suicide Hotline 4UP Winter Clothing Order Delayed for 3 Months with No Response

I ordered three items from the Suicide Hotline 4UP collection, but it has been three months, and I still haven’t received anything. It’s outrageous! Winter is nearly over, and there’s been no communication or updates regarding my order. I paid for this in two installments, which are already complete, yet the items are nowhere to be found.
It’s frustrating to see that others are experiencing the same issue, and still, there’s no response from the company. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand. I demand an immediate update on my order or a full refund. Please address this issue promptly and provide better customer support in the future.
