Urgent! Activate Sugo Account

For the past seven months my Sugo Chat account has been locked and I have been unable to access it. My account is registered with the email address tryai***@gmail.com and my account ID is 165095***. During this period I have tried to contact Sugo Chat support many times but I have not received any response or solution. I am unable to use my account and this situation has been ongoing for a very long time without any explanation. I kindly request that my Sugo Chat account be reviewed as soon as possible and unlocked, or that I at least receive a clear explanation about the reason for the lock and what needs to be done to restore access.
