Today, when I opened the Sugo app, I was surprised to see a message stating that I was blocked from logging in. I was not informed in advance, and I do not know the reason for this blocking. I believe I have not violated any rules or done anything wrong while using the app. Right after noticing the block, I sent an email to Sugo support to ask why my account was blocked and to request a review, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of information and feedback is very upsetting and prevents me from using your service. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed and unblocked, as I have not done anything wrong. I would be grateful if you could also clearly explain the reason for this blocking and ensure that I can continue to use my account without any issues.
