Sugu App Keeps Blocking My Account After Reinstalling
My Sugu account, which I used for a long time, has been blocked for about 6–7 months due to warnings about community guideline violations and suspicious activity, and I cannot access my account in any way. Even after reinstalling the app on my phone and trying again, I receive the same warning and still cannot log in. However, I do not believe I did anything that violates the rules.
During this process, I could not find Sugu’s customer service or support channels, so I was unable to reach anyone, and I also could not learn what caused the issue. Not being able to access my account or the app has left me harmed by this situation.
I am requesting that the reason my account was blocked be reviewed in detail, and that my account be reactivated if no rule violation is found.
