Sugo Permanently Banned My Account for Politics I Never Posted

My Sugo account was permanently banned yesterday with the notice “this device has been banned due to suspicious activity and violations,” even though I have never engaged in any political activity. When I contacted the support team, they told me that the ban was issued for political reasons. However, I do not produce, share, or participate in any political content at all.

I only used the platform normally, and as a supporter on the app, I invested a significant amount of time and effort. Because of this ban, I have lost access to my account, my supporter privileges, and all of the work I put in. I was also given no clear explanation about what specific action or content supposedly led to a political ban.

Being judged and permanently banned for political reasons—despite having no involvement in politics—has caused me serious distress and made me feel unfairly treated. I request that my account be reviewed, that the permanent political ban be lifted, and that my account and all my rights be restored.
