Sugo Doesn’t Show the Diamond Withdrawal Screen on My iOS Account

I am a Sugo member using account ID: 117852117. On my account, the diamond withdrawal screen does not appear at all. I am using an iOS device, but a friend of mine who also uses iOS can see the withdrawal option normally on their device.

I have contacted live support multiple times, explained the situation in detail, and yet no real solution has been offered so far. It feels extremely frustrating to be ignored, especially when the issue clearly isn't caused by my device or account activity.

I am urgently requesting that Sugo fix this problem, activate the diamond withdrawal screen for my account, and provide a proper explanation for why I am facing a restriction that others are not.

If anyone else has experienced the same issue and found a solution, I would appreciate it if you could share your experience.
