Sugo Redeem Payment Not Received After 1.5 Weeks
I tried to withdraw the diamonds I earned on the Sugo app by redeeming them in cash through the “bayi” (dealer) option, which is the withdrawal method offered directly by the application. On November 14, 2025, I performed a redeem transaction worth approximately 200 TL, but even after a week and a half, the money has still not been deposited into my account.
After the issue occurred, I contacted both the in-app support team and the dealer multiple times. Each time, they asked me for proof such as a video of my bank account or screenshots, and I provided everything they requested. However, the only responses I received were “please wait” or “we’re waiting for a response from management.” I was also told by the dealer that they do not recommend redeeming through them and that it is not secure. If it’s not secure, I don’t understand why it is still offered as an official withdrawal method within the app.
This is my first time attempting a withdrawal on this app, and I’ve never experienced such issues on any similar platforms. Regarding this redeem transaction made through my account with ID 96052733, I request that my money be deposited into my bank account in full as soon as possible and that this inconvenience I’ve experienced be resolved.
