Sugo Withdrawal & Support Issues – No Response, Payment Delays
I am having serious issues withdrawing money from Sugo using diamonds. First, PTT is not even available as a withdrawal option. I selected Ziraat Bank and entered my PTT IBAN, but nothing happened—no confirmation, no response, and no funds received.
On top of that, most of the messages I send through the platform don’t even go through, making it nearly impossible to get support. This lack of communication is unacceptable!
I urgently need someone from Sugo to respond and resolve this issue. I also want to leave my current affiliation, but I can’t get any assistance. Please help me as soon as possible. I expect a prompt resolution to this frustrating experience!
