My Sugo Account Banned Without Reason

I am a new user on Sugo and my account was banned today without any clear explanation. Before the ban, I was only replying in private messages to people who reached out to me. I did not use any bad language, did not harass anyone, and did not behave in a way that I believe violates any rules. My Sugo account is registered with the number 00971506687***. I did not receive any in‑app notification or email from Sugo explaining why my account was banned, so I do not know which specific rule or policy I am alleged to have violated. After noticing the ban, I contacted Sugo support by email, but so far I have not received a clear response. As a new user, I was not fully familiar with all the rules and policies, and I want to use the platform correctly. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned, and that I be clearly informed about what behavior is not allowed, so that I can comply with Sugo’s rules and avoid any future issues.
