First Time Using Sugo, Withdrawal of ₺500 Still Pending After 20 Hours
On September 25, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request on the Sugo app for 25,000 diamonds (worth about ₺500). My transaction ID is 5416. I directed the withdrawal to my Halkbank account, and I am certain that I entered the details correctly.
However, even after about 20 hours, the money has still not reached my account. During the process, I did not receive any error messages or warnings. This is my very first time using Sugo, and I encountered this issue on my very first withdrawal.
I request that my withdrawal be credited to my account as soon as possible and that an explanation be provided for this delay.
