I Can’t Withdraw Funds on Sugo Because My Account Verification Still Isn’t Approved

Hello, I’m writing out of frustration because I cannot withdraw my money on Sugo due to an unresolved verification issue. My account registration is still not approved, and as a result, my withdrawal requests are blocked. What’s even more irritating is that this problem started after I deleted and reinstalled the app. It makes absolutely no sense that I should be penalized for reinstalling the platform—why would reinstalling an app stop a user from completing verification?

This process is flawed and unfair. I’ve already verified my details before, and now I'm locked out of accessing my own funds just because of a technicality. I’m requesting urgent support to approve my account registration. This kind of broken workflow drives users away. Please resolve this issue immediately so I can access my money.
