Sugo Sent Much Less Money Than Promised to My Papara Card
I was supposed to receive $105 (approximately ₺4,000) from Sugo to my Papara card, but when the transfer finally arrived, it was only ₺747 — far less than what was promised.
I have no explanation for why such a huge amount is missing. I waited patiently for several days for this payment, and now I am left confused and frustrated. If no valid reason is provided immediately, I will have no choice but to file formal complaints against both Sugo and Papara.
This situation makes no sense at all, and it needs to be resolved urgently. Many users are facing similar issues, and if this continues, Sugo will face a flood of complaints. I demand a clear explanation and the full amount owed to me to be paid immediately.
