I order from Florya Subway almost every day. Consistently, despite being only a 5-minute walk away, my orders take at least 45 minutes to arrive. Beyond the chronic delays, they frequently either omit items or provide the wrong ones based on their own discretion.
However, today's experience was far worse. The fries they delivered were in such a deplorable state that I had to cover my nose due to the foul smell when I opened the bag. Upon touching them, they were sticky and utterly disgusting. This consistent lack of quality control and accuracy is unacceptable. I simply want to enjoy a sandwich without fear of getting sick. Honestly, if I had consumed today's order, I believe I would have needed immediate medical attention for food poisoning. I urge that these Subway branches be inspected immediately to ensure proper food safety and order accuracy. I request a full refund for today's order and a commitment to address these recurring issues.
