StubHub Zara Larsson Tickets Were Invalid at the Door

I purchased two tickets through StubHub for Zara Larsson’s concert at Istanbul Parkorman on August 9, 2026, and paid a total of 47,000 TL (approximately $959). When we arrived at the concert excited to attend and tried to enter the venue, Biletix staff at the entrance scanned the barcodes on our tickets and told us that the tickets were invalid. After waiting in a long line for approximately two hours, we were held in a separate area with around 15 other people and were not allowed to enter the concert at all.

The staff specifically told us that similar problems had occurred with tickets purchased through this website and advised us not to purchase tickets from the site. We were seriously inconvenienced by the large amount we paid, the two hours we spent waiting unnecessarily, and ultimately being denied entry to the concert.

I am requesting a full refund of the $959 I paid as soon as possible. I also ask that appropriate action be taken regarding companies involved in situations like this and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent other customers from experiencing similar problems.
