I Face StubHub Refund Issues After My Concert Ticket Was Already Used
I purchased one ticket through StubHub for the Şebnem Ferah concert held at Istanbul KüçükÇiftlik Park on June 27, 2026. I paid a total of $222 for this ticket. I was sent a QR-coded ticket with another person’s name on it, and I was told that I would be able to enter the event without any issues using this ticket.
When I arrived at the concert venue, security scanned the QR code at the entrance and informed me that the ticket had already been used in the system. They told me, “You are currently shown as being inside the venue. Where did you get this ticket?” Based on this information, it appears that the ticket I purchased was either sold to another person at the same time or the person whose name was on the ticket had entered before me. As a result, I was completely denied entry to the concert and could not attend the event at all.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted StubHub and was informed that I would receive a response regarding my refund within 72 hours. However, several days have passed and I have still received no update. Additionally, the email I sent to noreply@StubHub resulted in an error stating that the address is unavailable, making it difficult to find an official point of contact.
My email address registered on my StubHub account is o*********@Gmail.com, and my related order number is 647162834.
I request that the full $222 ticket payment I made be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request that StubHub seriously investigate this situation, provide an official explanation regarding how the same ticket could have been sold or used more than once, and take responsibility for the inconvenience I experienced.
