In March 2025, I established my company, ALL Commerce LLC, using the Stripe Atlas + Stripe program. The company was officially registered, I received my EIN, and my Stripe account was successfully activated. I did not process a single transaction—just logged in recently to check payment options—and suddenly found that my Stripe account had been suspended without any prior notice.
When I contacted support, I was told my business model was not compatible with Stripe. But I had already consulted the Atlas team in detail before forming the company, and they had no objections to my model. My account was opened in March and was shut down in July—without a single violation, sale, or fraudulent activity.
If my company is now deemed “ineligible,” I formally request a refund of all fees paid under the Atlas program and will accept the closure of both my Stripe and LLC accounts. However, simply citing “risk” without giving a reason or warning is not acceptable. I ask Stripe to re-review my case transparently, especially since the company was set up through your own program. If there's an issue with the business model or products, I’m open to adjusting it in full cooperation.
This isn’t just a financial loss—it’s a loss of time, effort, and trust. I expected a minimum standard of fairness and respect from Stripe and Atlas, and I’m disappointed. Please take immediate steps to review and resolve this issue.
