I started my own store on Etsy.com on December 26, 2023. Once I paid the listing fee and bought an advertising package, I went ahead and listed my product. In just 15-20 minutes, I got a notification from Etsy saying that I had received an order. They asked me to verify my email address. When I clicked, I got redirected to the spending page of my saved credit card. Someone tried to withdraw ₺13,500 from my account without my permission. Soon after, my Etsy account got suspended. I reached out to support, and the following day, on 27.12.2023, they acknowledged that my account had been suspended in error. I went ahead and relisted the products on my active account, and of course, I had to pay the listing fee once more. I got two orders, but unfortunately, one of them got canceled last night, and as a result, my account got suspended once again. I haven't received any response from the support team. Many people are questioning the trustworthiness of the Etsy platform due to this situation. Regrettably, my experience with Etsy has not met my expectations.
