My Free Fire Account Was Hacked and My Recovery Email No Longer Works

I am facing a serious problem with my Free Fire account, which is linked to my Facebook account. My Free Fire UID is 2100891874. I had previously linked my recovery email address, aman.deepmeen****@gmail.com, to this account. At the time I linked it, I received OTP verification emails at that Gmail address, which clearly shows that the email was successfully connected to my Free Fire account.

However, on March 9, 2026, I lost access to my account after it was hacked. Now, when I try to recover the account using the same linked email address, the system displays the message: “This email does not bound to any account.” I do not understand why this is happening, because I had already linked this email earlier and I have the OTP verification as proof.

In addition, the hacker has transferred my account to another platform, and I have completely lost access to it. I kindly request that you review this case carefully, verify the true ownership of the account, and restore full access to me while removing any access currently held by the hacker.

I am ready to provide all necessary evidence, including OTP email screenshots, old account screenshots, or any other information needed for verification. I expect this matter to be investigated urgently and my account to be recovered as soon as possible.
