Stradivarius Refused to Inspect My Pants After Severe Fabric Deformation
I purchased a pair of pants from the Stradivarius store located in Istanbul Emaar Shopping Mall. After wearing the pants for the very first time, they stretched dramatically and became almost two sizes larger. I encountered this issue less than a month after purchasing the product.
I returned to the Stradivarius store at Emaar Shopping Mall to report the problem and seek a resolution. However, because the pants had been washed, the store refused to even send the item for inspection. I was informed that the store manager personally makes these decisions, yet no effort was made to assist me or investigate the issue further. Despite the obvious deformation in the product, I was treated as though the problem was caused by user error, and the responsibility was placed entirely on me.
I believe that a pair of pants that becomes severely deformed after such a short period and after only its first use is clearly defective. I am requesting a full refund for the product and would also like Stradivarius to review how my complaint was handled, including the lack of customer support and unwillingness to properly evaluate the issue.
