Stradivarius Sold Me a Damaged White Blouse and Failed to Inspect It

On May 30, 2026, I purchased a white blouse from the Stradivarius store located in Forum Istanbul Shopping Mall. The security tag was removed at the checkout counter, and I was not informed of any issues with the product. The blouse was placed in the shopping bag without being inspected.
When I got home and examined the blouse more closely, I noticed that it had a tear. This damage was clearly visible and should have been noticed before the item was sold. However, because the product was not properly checked in the store, it was handed over to me in this defective condition.
For this reason, I am requesting a full refund for the torn blouse and that the same item be provided to me in brand-new, undamaged condition. I would appreciate it if Stradivarius could resolve this issue and address the inconvenience I have experienced as soon as possible.
