I've been dealing with a hassle from Stradivarius – ordered 11 items online, returned 10, but surprise, surprise, the email I got says they refunded only 9 items. Classic. Been shouting into the void on all platforms, trying to reach a customer rep, but it's like talking to a brick wall. Here are the details: Order number 5011*****54, Return number 1030991995, and the missing refund is for the Straight fit vintage jean with reference number 7515/225-I2023. Just want my full refund, sort this out, please!
