I Faced a Refund Denial for a Defective Stradivarius Gathered Texture T-Shirt

On June 2, 2026, I visited the Stradivarius store at Meydan Shopping Mall to return a “Gathered Texture T-Shirt” that I had purchased on May 21, 2026, because the item was defective. Even though I had only tried the product on at home, the store manager, A****** B****, repeatedly insisted that I had worn the shirt and claimed that there was no defect. Based on those claims, the manager refused to process my return.

Despite clearly explaining that I had never worn the item and that it contained a visible defect, I was treated as if I were being dishonest. The manager’s attitude was both offensive and extremely unprofessional. I also spoke with the cashier and experienced a similar approach, but I would specifically like to emphasize my dissatisfaction with the conduct of store manager A****** B****. I paid for the purchase by card, and I still have the original receipt.

I am requesting that Stradivarius investigate the behavior and customer service practices of store manager A****** B****, as well as the handling of this incident. I also ask that appropriate measures be taken to prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment in the future.
