Stickerly Renewed My Subscription Without My Permission

Today, on 07/08/2024, as soon as my salary was deposited into my account, I discovered that my Sticker.ly subscription had been automatically renewed without my knowledge or approval. I cannot believe something like this happened. Approximately $15 was withdrawn from my account without any warning or clear confirmation beforehand.

This amount is not small for me, and the unexpected charge caused serious frustration and financial stress. I believe it is completely unfair for a subscription to renew automatically without properly informing or asking the user first. I did not knowingly approve this renewal, and I am extremely upset about the situation.

I request an immediate refund of the approximately $15 charged to my account and want the subscription to be completely canceled so this does not happen again in the future. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because I am very dissatisfied and financially affected by this unauthorized renewal.
