Stickerly Premium Keeps Trying to Charge My Card After Cancellation

I want to cancel my Sticker.ly Premium subscription. Even though I already canceled the membership through the application, the system is still trying to charge approximately $15 from my card. This situation has already caused serious arguments and stress within my family, and I need the issue resolved immediately.
Right now, I am afraid to even deposit money into my card because I believe the application will automatically withdraw the entire amount as soon as funds become available. I do not want to lose my money for a subscription that I already attempted to cancel.
I urgently request that my Sticker.ly Premium membership be completely terminated and that no further charges be attempted on my card. I also ask to be contacted regarding this issue and provided with confirmation that the subscription has been fully canceled.
