Stickerly Charged Me for a Yearly Subscription Without My Consent

While using the free trial period in the Sticker.ly application, I never intended to switch to a paid subscription. Despite this, on July 12, 2025, approximately $22 was charged to my card for a one-year subscription without my knowledge or approval. What makes the situation even worse is that I did not actively use the application at all during this period.
Even though I have documentation related to the transaction, I could not find any accessible customer service channel either inside or outside the application. I was unable to submit a proper support request or reach any representative regarding the issue. Because of this lack of communication and support, my financial and personal frustration is still ongoing.
I request an immediate refund of the approximately $22 charged to my account without my consent and demand that this subscription be fully canceled. I also ask for the transaction to be thoroughly investigated and for my complaint and financial loss to be resolved as soon as possible.
