Unauthorized Stickerly Annual Subscription Charge Needs Refund

April 16, 2025 12:06 PM1

While entering the Sticker.ly application, I accidentally activated a trial subscription without realizing it. The trial period was supposed to last for 3 days, but before the full 3-day period had even expired by the hour, approximately $20 was already charged to my card as an annual subscription fee.

I did not expect the payment to be processed before the trial period was fully completed, and this situation caused me serious frustration and financial inconvenience. I believe the charge was unfair because the free trial duration had not yet officially ended when the payment was taken from my account.

I request a full refund of the approximately $20 charged to my card and kindly ask to be contacted regarding this issue as soon as possible. I also want the subscription to be completely canceled to prevent any future charges. Please help resolve this matter urgently.
