Stickerly Charged Me After I Already Canceled My Subscription

On November 4, even though I had already canceled my subscription through the Sticker.ly application, approximately $20 was still charged from my account. Being billed despite having an inactive subscription caused me serious frustration and financial inconvenience.
My Sticker.ly account is registered under the email address f***************@gmail.com. I have not yet contacted customer service regarding this issue, and this is the first time I have experienced a problem like this with the application.
I request a full refund of the approximately $20 that was unfairly withdrawn from my account despite the subscription already being canceled. I also expect the issue to be investigated so that similar unauthorized charges do not happen again in the future.
