Stickerly Made Subscription Cancellation Difficult and Misleading

I was using the Sticker.ly application under its trial version and never expected such a high charge to be applied after the trial period. However, yesterday, approximately $20 was charged to my account through iTunes without any clear warning that this expensive subscription would begin automatically.

The application also made the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult. Because of this, I first permanently deleted my account through the app itself, and then today, after receiving a notification from iTunes about the payment, I canceled the subscription there as well.

I consider it misleading and unfair to transition users from a trial period into such a costly subscription without providing a transparent warning or clear pricing information. I have the payment record and receipt for this transaction through iTunes and can provide them if necessary.

I request a full refund of the approximately $20 charged to my card through Sticker.ly via iTunes and demand that my subscription be completely terminated to prevent any future charges.
