Stellantis Opel Didn't Solve My Problem!
I purchased a brand-new 2024 Opel Grandland under the Stellantis Turkey umbrella in May 2022. Approximately six months after the purchase, I began to experience several technical problems, and I have unfortunately had to continue using the vehicle with these issues for about 1.5 years. The heating and cooling system does not blow air to the footwell, the clock in the car has been consistently running slow since the day I bought it, the Bluetooth system does not recognize my phonebook, so I cannot use it efficiently, and disturbing noises are coming from the steering column. Due to these problems, I took the vehicle to the Kahyaoğulları authorized service in İzmir. I was informed that the issues had been resolved, but when I picked up the car, I saw that none of the problems had actually been fixed and that all of them continued in the same way. Although I contacted authorized services and dealers several times regarding these issues, no service properly addressed the problems, provided a clear and permanent solution, or gave me any written record or commitment about how and when these faults would be resolved. I also attempted to contact Opel and Stellantis Turkey customer service, but I did not receive any response. Experiencing such basic system malfunctions in a brand-new vehicle, and the fact that these issues have remained unresolved for such a long time, has seriously damaged my trust in the vehicle and my satisfaction with the brand. My expectation from Opel and Stellantis Turkey is that all these malfunctions be completely and permanently repaired without any loss in the value of my vehicle, that the heating-cooling, clock, Bluetooth, and steering column problems be carefully identified and fixed by an authorized service, and that I be informed transparently about every step of the process. I demand that my vehicle be made usable again in a problem-free, safe, and intended manner.
