Stellantis Failed to Fix My Corsa’s Manufacturing Defect Despite 6 Months of Waiting

Although almost 6 months have passed since the process I started by applying to the service on 21.06.2024 due to a production-related defect in my new Opel Corsa vehicle, it has not been completed. Although it was determined in the reports that there was a production error, my grievance was not resolved for months. Even though I requested it during the process, no effective information was given to me, it is obvious that there is a disruption in the operation caused by Opel. The main reason why this is the case is that Stellantis is a so-called global company and does not take responsibility. Even though I explained the process, they could only connect me to Opel customer service. We are talking about a structure that has not been able to manage the process for 6 months. They supposedly stand behind the vehicle when selling it, but they do nothing even if the defect is caused by production under warranty. They do not even receive complaint feedback about the company affiliated with them. Opel is a separate regret, and Stellantis is a separate regret.
