Peugeot Treated Me Poorly After My Start Stop Issue and Left Me Without Support

I bought my car from Peugeot Can Istanbul dealer on 24.04.2024. The start stop of the car was not working. I told them when I took it for the first maintenance thinking it might be the battery. They didn't look. The car didn't start at my workplace on 28.05.2025. Roadside assistance came and charged the battery. They said the battery should be checked and go to the service. I went to Can dealer and they said your car will stay with us for 3-4 days. I said, "How can that be?" The car is working right now and I need the car, I can't leave it for 3-4 days." They said there is nothing to do then. Kartal dealer gave an appointment for June 25. When I said, "Okay, if I get stuck on the road again by that day, it might happen, what should we do?" I went to Çekmeköy dealer. I explained the situation. I also said we had a special situation. Your ridiculous employee said that's life. When I asked what I mean, he said, "How can I do this?" Just as there is no guarantee that you won't die, there is no guarantee that the car will start or not. When I said, "Please help me," he said, "I'll make an appointment for July." Are you kidding me? I said naturally. He said no. I also have a Skoda Kamiq 2023 model vehicle. I said that even if I had a problem there, I was not victimized. Peugeot, I am also a victim, it is worse than the brand, after all, your own employee said. I left there saying, “May God punish the brand and fix you.” Then I called Deniz Automotive. Ms. C*** was so interested. Our appointments are completely full right now, but I want time to meet with my boss because of your victimization. She called later and said, “Please bring me on Monday, let's make a plan right away.” Was it that hard to do this? I want to ask you this now. Isn't what happened shameful for the huge Stellantis group? Please answer.
