SteelSeries Rival 600 Mouse Not Responding

I've never regretted purchasing SteelSeries products, and as a dedicated gamer, I've been very pleased with them. However, I had no problems using my Rival 600 branded mouse yesterday. However, when I turned on my computer this morning, I noticed that the mouse was not responding. I immediately tried plugging it into another USB port, and it appeared to work for about 1-2 seconds before freezing again. Also, holding down the DPI button for 3 seconds resets the mouse, but after 20-30 seconds, it encounters the same error again. Let me explain what I've tried as a solution: I uninstalled and tested the SteelSeries Engine 3 program. I uninstalled Windows Device Manager and tested the device. I checked for driver updates, and they are all current. Windows has the most recent updates installed. Aside from these solutions, I noticed something strange - the scroll button and macro keys on the mouse work, but the mouse simply does not move. (It moves for about 1-2 seconds after you plug it in.) I'm at a loss for what to do during this period when I'm unable to go outside due to quarantine. I'm hoping SteelSeries TR can advise me on how to proceed to resolve this issue.

I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?
