SteelSeries Headset and Mouse Fell Short of Expectations Due to Quality Issues

I recently purchased a headset and a mouse from SteelSeries, but unfortunately, I have not found the quality I expected and have encountered several issues with both products. First, while the sound quality of the headset is satisfactory, I noticed that the headband is very fragile and easily deforms with use. Over time, the headband has started to show signs of wear, and it has become uncomfortable for long-term use. Additionally, the microphone on the headset has very poor sound quality and often cuts out, making it difficult to communicate clearly. As for the SteelSeries mouse, I have experienced problems with its sensitivity. The mouse movements sometimes lag, and this significantly impacts my performance, especially in fast-paced games. Furthermore, the mouse buttons occasionally fail to respond or provide incorrect feedback, which creates a frustrating experience. Given SteelSeries’ reputation for high-quality products, I am disappointed by the issues I’ve encountered. I request that my concerns be addressed promptly and that the faulty products be replaced or repaired under warranty.
