From the moment I first used my SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 gaming headset, there was no sound. After installing the drivers, the audio quality was extremely poor – comparable to cheap street-sold earbuds. When I attempted to return the headset, I was informed that returns were no longer accepted, despite being eligible just a day prior due to a supposed “email update.”
Given the high price, I expected better quality and support. There are better-quality products available at lower prices, and I regret this purchase. SteelSeries, please address the quality and provide a proper return solution.
