I've been having trouble adding friends on Steam for quite a while now. Upon conducting my investigation, it has come to my attention that in order to access this particular feature, I must make a purchase. I've already bought 2 games and used a key to redeem 2 others, but my account is still restricted. What's the use of using Steam if I can't even add friends? I would like a refund for my purchase.
