Steam Account Recovery Request

I am currently unable to access my Steam account and cannot reach Steam support for help. I attempted to recover my account, but their recovery policies are inadequate, and they are not returning my account to me. When prompted to enter my account name, I do so, but then it asks for my password. If I had my password, I wouldn't need to go through this process in the first place.
I want my money back. My games are locked inside my account, including the Stardew Valley world I created with my ex-fiancée and our son, K******.
