Steam Karcher SV 7 Stopped Working After 5 Minutes and My Return Request Is Ignored

I bought a Karcher SV 7 six months ago, and it hasn't worked right since the beginning. After having a hard time with it, I sent it to the service center for a general checkup in the hopes that the problem would be fixed. Too bad that the machine only worked for five minutes after the fix and then stopped. However, I have since sent in a return request and am now waiting for an answer from the company. Having to deal with this constant problem has been a real pain, and I really hope it gets fixed soon. I used to believe in the brand, but this situation has made me doubt it.
