I Lost My Skins on Trade.GG After Fake Steam Support Message and Got No Help
Hello, I traded some CS:GO skins on Trade.GG, which I trusted because it's a sponsor of the CS team NAVI. After completing the trade, I received what appeared to be a message from “Steam Support” telling me that I had to send my entire CS inventory to a friend, or my items would be deleted. They said I would be able to get my items back after 5 days. Trusting the message, I sent everything to a friend as instructed.
However, 5 days passed and my friend received no notification or option to return the items. I reached out to Steam Support to report the issue and opened a support ticket. To my shock, they closed it without helping. I submitted another ticket — again, it was closed with no explanation. I asked why, and they just shut it down again.
Now, all my skins are gone and I’m left with nothing. I feel completely scammed and ignored. I need Steam to take responsibility and either recover my items or refund their value. I demand a proper investigation and a resolution. This experience has left me frustrated, disappointed, and financially hurt.
