Steam Game Supermarket Simulator Crashes Constantly—I Can’t Play What I Paid For

I purchased Supermarket Simulator on Steam and really enjoyed it at first. I progressed through many levels and invested a lot of time into the game. However, after a while, the game started crashing and now refuses to launch at all. It throws an error and then immediately shuts down every time I try to open it.

This is not an issue with my computer—I regularly play other games without any problems. It’s clearly a bug or compatibility problem with the game itself. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a game, enjoy it, invest time in it, and then suddenly be locked out without explanation or support.

I feel like my money has gone to waste. I bought the game in good faith, and now I can’t even access what I paid for.

Steam and the developers of Supermarket Simulator, I expect a fix or a refund. Don’t ignore players who supported your game and ended up with nothing usable in return.
