My Steam Skins Sold Without Permission

Someone has been accessing my Steam account without my knowledge, even after I changed my passwords and email credentials. I thought the issue was resolved after transferring all my information to another person, but I was wrong. The intruder sold all my CS
weapon skins, purchased other items, and then immediately refunded them. Despite reaching out to Steam Support multiple times, their only advice was to "change your email password." I eventually tracked down the intruder's IP address myself. If this continues, I will file a complaint with cybercrime authorities. I hope others experiencing similar issues can recover their accounts.
