My Steam Account Was Hacked and Transferred—I Can’t Access or Recover It
One day I opened Steam and noticed that my session had been logged out. When I tried to sign back in using my password, I received a message saying it had been changed. I then attempted to reset it, only to discover that my entire account had been taken over—by someone in Germany.
Not only was the password changed, but my email address and all linked information were completely replaced, leaving me with no way to access the account I built and spent money on. The account name is pepsilikola, and I am the rightful owner. The original email address tied to it was m***********@gmail.com**.
I am asking Steam/Valve to send the verification code to my original email address so I can recover my account. This was a serious breach, and I’ve lost access to valuable purchases and in-game content because of it.
Steam Support, I urge you to help me reclaim my account and secure it from further unauthorized access. I am the rightful owner and am ready to verify my identity. Please act quickly.
