I strongly believe my Steam account has been hacked. I can no longer log in, and when I tried to reset my password, I discovered that my email address, phone number, and possibly even my username have all been changed. I’ve completely lost access to every recovery method linked to the account.
This is extremely concerning because it means someone gained full control and altered all identifying information, making it nearly impossible for me to reclaim my account through normal means. I’ve attempted to contact Steam, but I haven’t received any response so far, and there’s no direct support channel to speak with a real person.
