I Can’t Access My Steam Account After Phone Change and Get No Support Response
Hello, I recently changed my phone and, as a result, lost all the saved data linked to my Steam account. Since then, I haven’t been able to log back in. I followed the proper recovery process and reached out to Steam Support through the account recovery section. I submitted every piece of requested information accurately, including proof of account ownership—but I’ve received no reply.
It's incredibly frustrating that a company as large as Steam leaves users stranded in situations like this, especially when they've done everything by the book. I’ve spent both time and money on this account and now risk losing access completely due to the lack of timely support.
I’m asking Steam to take this issue seriously, review my support request, and help me regain access to my account immediately. Being ignored when you're locked out of your own account is unacceptable. Please resolve this without further delay.
